Happy Love Day

I just couldn't let this day pass by without a cute picture of my little Valentines.

But of course, it's my sweetheart that is my true Valentine.  I LOVE YOU, so much Punk.  Will you always Be Mine??? (Expect a manly one arm hug and yep for an answer, he is really mushy on Holidays that deal with love, oh and in his head he will also say I can't believe you made me wear that blue shirt for family pictures, I hate it so much that I will keep it in my closet forever and never wear it again just so I never forget to remind you.  But then after the kids are asleep tonight he will snuggle with me on the couch and we will eat ice cream, watch TV, chat, laugh, and just be us. Us is my favorite thing in the whole world.

Happy Valentines Day!

Snow Days

So honestly, this time of the year, sucks.  I mean I love it.  I love the snow, I love bundling up and snuggling up in quilts.  But at this point we are going crazy, all of us inside and on top of each other all day.  I will be glad when we can go outside and play, and so will my kids.  And then I will maybe start taking pictures again too, and blogging.  But there was this one day, a few weeks ago, (OK like maybe six weeks ago) that we had a little snow party in the backyard.  It was a pretty good time.  Of course I was just taking pictures, but that was really fun to me, since it had been awhile.  And we weren't out very long cause our small people got cold pretty fast.  But I still managed to snap a few good times.  Before all the crying frozen children happened.

How many kids can fit on one sled?  Well if it's Ben stacking them on, then quite a few :)  Ally says, I will just wait here on the wheeler Daddy, smart girl.

Steph and the girls, ready or not, here we go!

Hey Ty, those goggles work better when you put them on your eyes :)

This is Coy, the cutest baby boy ever.  My camera really loved him. (or maybe that was me??)

Knox and his Mama Heidi, despite his parents promise that this would be the most fun he would ever have, Knox remained unconvinced.

He thought the Tonka looked like a much better plan.

Toby was oh so ready, giving me the thumbs up and all.  She is a little dare devil.

Then she took a little spill and was less than thrilled about it.  Oh Toby girl, we love you oh so much!  Even your scowl brightens my day.

After the kids and Mom's had their fun, it was the big boys turn. We came inside and heated up some homemade Chili and Soup, and kids.  We didn't see what they put each other through, but I'm sure it was less than civil.

I am not sure what makes me think that.....

After dinner we let our kids run wild and the adults played a few rounds of Mad Gab.  Thanks to our friends who really know how to have a good time, that was maybe the hardest I have laughed all year.  "Lock Sand Bay Gulls" y'all
